BYU Cougars To Deliver Dawgs First of Two 2008 Coug Wins

BYU enters Seattle on Saturday, in a "Marquee Match-Up" according to the Davey O'Brien Award, looking to hand the mutts the first of two losses to Cougar teams they'll receive this season. #15 BYU features QB Max Hall, who like the The Jake of Montlake Locker is on the O'Brien watch list for 2008.

Here's how they both fared in week 1:

Hall:  34-41, 486 yds, 2 TD, 1 TD rushing

Locker: 12-28, 103 yds, 0 TD, 3 sacks

It should be a great game... if you like blowouts.

Other news this week?  Huskies coaches found ways to make excuses for last week's performance, including this gem of an excuse for why the UW doesn't practice tackling:

"You don't see our military, they don't shoot each other before they go to war." - Defensive coordinator, Ed Donatell, on why the Huskies don't practice tackling

Ty-rage reached a new all-time high, as fans of The Purple, in classic form, debated about which other team they should follow this season, now that their season is over.  Meanwhile those same fans still found time to make inappropriate religious attacks against this week's opponent.

you might want to go back and check how you fared against the Ducks did you score? My high school team could beat the cougars. You bozo's should not be throwing stones with the team you have.
